PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly, by forming the tip of an outside tube of an insertion part into a cone, a hemisphere, or a paraboloid and arranging an inside tube, where an observation optical system is stored, eccentrically in the inside wall face of the outside tube. CONSTITUTION:A light guide cable 6 is inserted through a space part, whose section is crescent approximately, between the outside circumferential face of an eccentrically arranged inside tube 8 and the inside circumferential face of an outside tube 7 so as to be packed there, and the tip of the light guide cable 6 is constricted to the inside by the conical inside circumferential face of the outside tube 7 and is curved to form the exit end of an illumination light. In case of assembly of them, the outside tube 7 is first formed and is cut in consideration of a thickness (d) of polishing of the exit end of the light guide fiber 6, and the light guide fiber 6, the inside tube 8, and a cover glass 12 are attached, and end parts of the light guide fiber 6 and the outside tube 7 are polished until they are on the same plane as the surface of the cover glass 12. Thus, since the inside tube 8 is arranged so as to be brought into contact with the inside circumferential face of the outside tube 7, positioning is facilitated, and the light guide fiber 6 is superior in light distribution charactersitic. |
