PURPOSE:To automatically produce a large quantity of products by causing steam to penetrate rice steaming layers from a jet nozzle provided in a steam pipe and a rotational center pipe in a steaming chamber to steam continuously washed rice from the upper layers to the lower layers. CONSTITUTION:Each of five cylindrical steaming chambers 1 having large and small diameters is provided therearound with a steam chamber 2 by a concentric cylinder, said steam chamber being enclosed by upper and lower annular flanges 3. Six steam nozzles 4 on two upper and lower stages are provided radially projectingly from the steam chamber 2 toward the center of the steam chamber 1 on the inner tubular wall. The steaming chambers 1 are stacked on five stages vertically so that the smaller steaming chamber is placed on the larger one sequentially. A steaming chamber tower A is constituted by fixing the respective annular flanges 3 by bolts and nuts. A supply chamber 5 and a scraping-out chamber 6 are provided respectively on the uppermost and lowermost stages. A rotary center pipe 7 driven by a worm gear is vertically provided in the center of the steaming chamber tower A, and provided in every steaming chamber 1 with two projecting jet nozzles 8. A scraping-out blade 9 is secured fixedly to the scraping-out chamber 6. Steamed rice is taken out of a steamed rice take-out port by the blade and continuously obtained by the replenishing washed rice from the supply chamber. |
