PURPOSE:To obtain a remedy for dermal ulcer, by containing a collagenase inhibitor as an active ingredient in an ointment pharmaceutical. CONSTITUTION:A remedy for dermal ulcer obtained by containing a collagenase inhibitor, preferably bovine dental pulp collagenase inhibitor or human blood serum collagenase inhibitor prepared from a bovine dental pulp cultivation outer liquid or human blood serum in high yield by an affinity column chromatography suing a monoclonal antibody as an active ingredient in an amount of 0.01-100mg based on 100g ointment in an ointment pharmaceutical (preferably macrogol ointment).
