摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a component suction pad structure which can promptly detach a vacuum-sucked component by a method wherein a plate which can be moved in the axial direction of a pad is supported inside the pad and a spring used to give an elastic force is installed so that the plate protrudes from a tip edge of the pad. CONSTITUTION:This structure is constituted as follows: a pad 2 which is attached to the tip of a vacuum suction nozzle 1, comes into contact with a component 5 and vacuum-sucks the component 5 is installed; a plate 3 which can be moved in the axial direction of the pad 2 is supported inside the pad 2; a spring 4 used to give an elastic force is installed so that the plate 3 protrudes from a tip edge of the pad 2. For example, a nearly skirt-shaped pad 2 made of rubber is attached collectively to the tip of the suction nozzle 1. A plate 3 is installed at the inside of the pad 2; a stem 3a which has been formed to protrude in the axial direction together with the plate 3 is inserted into and supported by a support piece 1a formed collectively in one part of the suction nozzle 1. A compression spring 4 is attached elastically to the stem 3a; the plate 3 is energized downward.</p>
