<p>PURPOSE:To speed up the restoration of a head plate to a nonplay position by connecting a switch means to be opened by operating an ejecting lever in series with a parallel circuit of a tape traveling motor and an electromagnetic operation body. CONSTITUTION:When the ejecting lever is pressed under a play state a control switch 48 and its interlocking switch 49 are restored so that the tape traveling motor 29 and the electromagnetic operation body 43 are released from being electrified. In this case, since an electromotive force force generated by the motor 29 in its inertial revolution is not impressed on the electromagnetic operation body 43 due to the switch 49, and the electromagnetic operation body 43 is cut off immediately in its excitation so that the head plate is promptly released from its play position maintaining state, and the head plate is restored to the nonplay position is accordance with the restoration of an operation mechanism, thus preventing mechanical damage from happening due to an effect of the electromotive force caused by the inertial revolution of the motor 29.</p> |
