PURPOSE:To carry out bend processing and injection molding simultaneously in one mold by bend processing an insert material in clamped molds, and then transferring successively said insert material and effecting injection molding to the processed sites. CONSTITUTION:Steps are formed in an insert material 2 by actuating a bend mechanism 6 in clamped molds 3 and 4. Injection molding is carried out prior to saud formation for the insert material 2 with finished processed steps in a profile space 5, and an ejector plate 12 is lifted up in order to actuate an ejector pin 15 in the state of mold opening after molding. At the same time, both of rod cylinders 21 for transfer are lifted up, and also a clamp assembling body 23 is lifted up while the insert material 2 is held, and a molded product and a linear insert material are lifted up from a fixed mold 4. Then, both clamp assembling bodies 23 are transferred in the transfer direction of the molded product by driving the transfer cylinder 21 to transfer the molded product out of the mold. The step section 2a of the insert material 2 is transferred on the profile space 5 and a movable mold is closed by lowering the ejector plate and the clamp assembling body is moved back to the original position. |
