PURPOSE:To lessen impact of a traverse guide in turning, by transmitting normal and reverse rotations of a normally and reversely revolving motor to a traverse bar by a rack and pinion mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rack 5 is connected to one end part of a traverse bar 6, the rack 5 is engaged with a pinion 4 and the pinion 4 is connected to an output shaft of a motor 3 capable of normally and reversely revolving. Sensors 8a and 8b to detect a dog 9 and to confirm arrival of the traverse 6 at the turning position of the traverse are set. The sensors 8a and 8b are connected to a controller 2 to regulate number of revolutions and period of inversion of the motor 3. |
