CONSTITUTION:A stereoscopic video signal SSV is inputted to a projection distribution arithmetic circuit 13, the projection distribution data of the prescribed area of the video by the video camera 2a for the left eye and the projection distribution data of the prescribed area of the video by the video camera 2b for the right eye are operated, further, the angle correcting data Dtheta of the two sets of the video cameras 2a, 2b is operated and outputted.
