发明名称 METHOD FOR INDUSTRIALLY SEPARATING AND RECOVERING CHLORINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To recover Cl2 in high yield and to minimize the Cl2 content in waste gas by treating a gaseous mixture contg. Cl2, CO2, and noncondensable gases in specified stages. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous mixture 17 contg. 10-60vol.% Cl2, CO2, and noncondensable gases is compressed, cooled, liquefied, and separated into a condensate 18 consisting essentially of Cl2 and a residual gas 19 consisting essentially of noncondensable gases. The condensate 18 is sent to a liberation tower 5 to liberate dissolved CO2 and noncondensable gases, and Cl2 21 is separated and recovered. The gases 20 liberated from the tower 5 are mixed with the residual gas 19, the whole or a part of the mixture is introduced into an absorption tower 7 using halohydrocarbon to absorb the remaining Cl2, and the waste gas 24 consisting of CO2 and noncondensable gases is discharged to the outside of the system. Meanwhile, the solvent 25 with absorbed Cl2 is sent to a distillation tower 10, and separated into a recovered gas 26 consisting essentially of Cl2 and the halohydrocarbon solvent 28. The recovered gas 26 is sent to the compression stage of the gaseous mixture 17, and the solvent 28 is recycled to the absorption tower 7 and used.
