发明名称 Y-BA-CU-O OXIDE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain oxide giving superconducting material having high superconducting transition onset temp., by replacing a part of Cu with Ag in a specified molar ratio when Y-Ba-Cu-O oxide is produced. CONSTITUTION:The respective oxides, carbonates, sulfates, sulfates, acetates or chlorides of yttrium, barium, copper and silver are mixed in the atomic ratio Y:Ba:Cu:Ag of 1:2:(3-3x):3x (0.01<=x<0.1). The mixture is calcined at not above 850 deg.C and thereafter, sintered at <=950 deg.C. Then, the oxide of formula (where, z<1) is obtd. by cooling at 100 deg.C/hr the rate of cooling or by annealing at 400-600 deg.C in an atmosphere contg. oxygen. The superconducting transition onset temp. of the obtd. oxide is high, 130 deg.K, and is suitably used as high temp. superconducting material for magnetically levitated train, high speed computer, etc.
