PURPOSE:To surely detect the quality of the connection to the connector of another board by making board sensing pins arranged on both ends of one board shorter than conducting pins on the center side. CONSTITUTION:Board sensing pins 2a and 2b on both ends of a board 1 are made shorter than conducting pins 2c. When these pins are to be connected to connector electrodes 3a2 of the connector 3a of a board 3, if both pins 2a and 2b are connected to the electrodes 3a2, all the pins 2c are surely connected to the electrodes 3a2. Board sense signals 5a and 5b are inputted to a warning circuit 7 as low-level signals through an OR gate, no warning signal is outputted. On the other hand, when the board 1 is obliquely connected to the board 3, one of the pins 2a and 2b is not connected to the electrode 3a2, a warning signal is outputted from the circuit 7, the defective connection can be surely detected. |
