PURPOSE:To enhance critical current density and moisture resistance by adding GeO2, Ga2O3, CaF2 and PbF2. CONSTITUTION:GeO2, Ga2O3, CaF2 and PbF2 are added to a superconducting material based on a compsn. represented by a formula Ln1Ba2Cu3Ox (where Ln is Y, La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb or Lu and x=0.3-7.0) by <=5.00wt.% in total in 0.30-1.50 weight ratio to a compsn. within the range defined by Ln1Ba1.4Cu1.6Ox, Ln1Ba4.5Cu4.5Ox and Ln1Ba3Cu6Ox (molar ratio) and they are sintered under oxidation. |
