An automatic painting machine for door-mats or similar objects consists of a loader/holder (1) for the mats (2) and a support (5) which pivots through 180 deg. above the painting chamber (9), while a conveyor (16) feeds the painted mats continuously beneath a quartz heater as they are dispensed from the machine. Each successive mat fed from the loader/holder pushes the preceding one through the painting chamber, where the paint is applied through spray jets (11) running in ball bearing driven by a power cylinder (12). ADVANTAGE - Improved performance without exposing workers to paint fumes. |
