PURPOSE:To prevent the inside oil from inadvertently flowing out by providing a control valve for controlling a pressure oil which is fed to, or discharged from, the hydraulic chamber of a hydraulically operating type valve stopping means, above a cylinder head and also in the upper side position in the inclined direction at the time of using a side stand. CONSTITUTION:A valve for the air sucking and discharging system of an engine 3 is arranged in such a way that a stopped condition, in which the valve does not follow the movement of a valve cam, can be selected through the operation of a valve stopping means. In this construction, a control valve 5 for feeding and discharging pressure oil into and from the hydraulic chamber of the valve stopping means which is set in a cylinder head 4, is provided above the cylinder head 4 and in the upper side position in the inclined direction of a body at the time of using a side stand. The oil discharging port 11 is provided being slightly displaced with respect to a control passage 9 leading to the hydraulic chamber mentioned above. Thereby, not only when the body stands straight but also when it is inclined by using the side stand, since the oil discharging port 11 always opens in a lightly higher position than the control passae 9, the inside oil can be prevented from inadvertently flowing out. |
