PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to simplify structure, by a method wherein upper and lower blade bodies are engaged with an engaging recessed part through press control of the blade bodies, the support protrusion of a press control lever is engaged with the support recessed part of the lower blade body, and the press control level is supported to the upper and lower blade bodies. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower blade bodies 1 and 2 are secured at their rear end parts to each other, and resiliency in a direction in which the blade bodies approach and separated from each other is provided to each of the blade bodies. Support recessed parts 3 are formed in side edges on both sides of the under surface in the vicinity of a cutting edge 2a of the lower blade body 2. In a support part 4a of a press control level 4, support arm parts 6a are protruded from the front end parts of plate parts 6 on both sides, a lock recessed part 7 is formed between the support arm part and a front end 5a of an upper plate part 5, and support protrusions 8 are formed on the tips of the two support arm parts 6a in a manner that they are bent to form opposing parts. The front end parts of the upper and lower blade bodies 1 and 2 are engagedly inserted in the respective lock recessed parts 7 of the press control lever 4, and support protrusions 8 of the two support arm parts 6a on both sides are engaged internally of two support recessed parts 3 on both sides from a position below the lower blade body 2. This engagement forms the rotating fulcrum part of the press control lever 4. |
