PURPOSE:To improve a service by instructing collation with subscriber data registered in a subscriber data base and executing an automatic bank transfer service with a transfer response processor at the time of coincidence. CONSTITUTION:When a subscription registering request is given from an IC card utilizing telephone terminal 2 to the automatic bank transfer service, a service registering device 3 instructs the subscription registering processing to a subscriber data base access device 5 and when a registration canceling request is given from the automatic bank transfer service, a registration cancel processing is instructed from a subscriber data base 6 to the subscriber data base access device 5. When the executing request of the automatic bank transfer service is given from the IC card utilizing telephone terminal 2, a service receiving device 4 instructs the collation with the subscriber data registered in the subscriber data base 6 to the subscriber data base access device 5. At the time of the coincidence, the automatic bank transfer service is executed by a transfer response processor 1. Thus, the IC card utilizing telephone terminal 2 writes subscriber information to the automatic bank transfer service and the executing data of the automatic bank transfer service, etc., to a memory in an IC card. |
