PURPOSE:To increase the expansion force of an electrolyte plate against cracking by adding ceramic fibers with a specific length as a fiber-shaped reinforcing agent. CONSTITUTION:Alumina fibers with the length of 1mm or above, a solid material made of pulp, and water are added to gamma-lithium aluminate and stirred, a coagulating agent is added for coagulation, it is molded into paper and dried to obtain a green sheet. It is incorporated in a cell and heated to burn out the pulp in the green sheet. When it is further heated, the carbonate in an anode chamber 5 is melted and passes an anode electrode 3 and is impregnated into the green sheet to form an electrolyte plate 2. This electrolyte plate 2 is buried in gamma-lithium aluminate, the crack resistance is increased because ceramic fibers are long. |
