A method for preparing trans cpds. of formula (I) by reacting quanidine salts with formulas (III) is presented. In cpds. of (I) and (III), R=hydrogen, cyano, C1-3 alkyl or aryl; R1= amino, -NHR3 or -NR4R5; R2=hydrogen or methyl; R3=methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, C1-3 alkyl, -CO, phenyl-CO or substituted phenyl-CO; substitutes are chloro, fluoro, bromo, methyl, ethyl, ethoxy, methoxy and trifluoromethyl; R4 and R5=methyl, ethyl or n-propyl; R6=C1-3 alkyl, phenyl, r-chlorophenyl, 4-bromophenyl or 4-methylphenyl.
