<p>High-tension cable with incorporated optical transmission elements (1) included inside at least one layer of inextensible strand elements (5) and at least one layer of electrically conductive strand elements (6). The optical transmission elements (1) may be grouped to form a beam waveguide conductor bunch. To protect the beam waveguides from mechanical damage and excessive temperatures in the event of a short circuit, they are surrounded by an inner tubular element (2) made of a mechanically and thermally resistant injection-moulded material. Said inner tubular element is surrounded by an outer tubular element (3) made of an ultra-high molecular weight polyester, which protects the inner tubular element from contact with stress crack-inducing agents such as rain water, UV radiation and solvents.</p> |
