Process for the production of an electrophotographic photoreceptor
摘要
In order to make the surface of a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor extremely flat and smooth, the surface of a cylindrical aluminium element is cut in such a way that the mean surface roughness of 10 points is from 0.5 to 1.0 mu m and the waviness is not more than 0.4 mu m. The surface of the aluminium element is subsequently etched with nitric acid, and a photoconductive selenium material is then applied to the surface of the aluminium element.
