The present invention relates to a feed bar drive for the transfer step of the feed bars in transfer presses, the pivoting movement of a driving lever being transmitted by a link to a driven lever which, for its part, is connected via another link to the slide that drives the feed bars. The object of the invention is to achieve a simpler means of adjusting the transfer slide than in the known embodiments. For this purpose, the invention proposes as a solution that the driving lever (7) and the link (11) should contain at different distances from the fulcrum (8) of the driving lever (7) a plurality of holes which coincide in one position of the pivoting angle and into which an insertion pin (9 or 10) can alternately be inserted. <IMAGE>
