PURPOSE:To obtain a foamy hair cosmetic, containing a polydimethylsiloxane- polyoxyalkylene polymer, phenylmethylpolysiloxane and propellant, and capable of exhibiting excellent foaming properties even under a low-temperature environ ment in the winter season without sticking finish. CONSTITUTION:The aimed substance obtained by blending 0.1-3.0wt.% polydimethylsiloxane-polyoxyalkylene polymer expressed by formula I (m is 1-10; n is 1-10; P is 1-3; R is 6-30; X is H or acetoxyl) with 0.05-0.5wt.% phenylmethylpolysiloxane expressed by formula II (Y is 1-140) or formula III (a and b are 1<=a+b<=140) and 2-20wt.% propellant. A hair setting resin, plasticizer, oil, alcohols, surfactant, etc., can be suitably added thereto. |
