PURPOSE:To provide a precise and rapid vibration controlling effect by carrying out the addition and subtraction of the level displacement signal of a vibration controlling bed body and the reversal signal of a vibration detecting signal to adjust air pressure in a pneumatic spring through a controlling valve by the addition variation signal. CONSTITUTION:The level displacement due to a load D of a vibration controlling bed body C is detected by a level sensor 1. A displacement signal of a displacement detecting circuit A and a reversal signal reversed 180 deg. of a vibration detecting signal of a vibration controlling bed body C due to a vibration source 4 detected by a vibration sensor 5 are added to or subtracted from each other in an adder of a variation controlling circuit B. A drive signal is generated from a drive circuit in response to the addition variation signal to open and close a controlling valve 18 and control air pressure in a pressure container 20 of a pneumatic spring 21. Thus, precise and quick control of vibration can be carried out together with the level correction.
