PURPOSE:To atomize economically and efficiently a polyacetal resin, by dissolving the polyacetal resin in dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide by heating and then cooling the soln. CONSTITUTION:Spherical fine powder of 10-80mum of a polyacetal resin is obtd. by dissolving 1-50wt.% polyacetal resin in dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide by heating and then cooling the soln. at about 70 deg.C. This fine powder is useful as a powder for powder coating and spherical particles for a fine filter. |
