PURPOSE:The titled composition of a desirable m.p. freed from or reduced in supercooling, which is prepd. by adding a glycol and boric acid to an inorg. alkali or alkaline earth metal salt hydrate. CONSTITUTION:1-10wt% glycol such as ethylene glycol and, if necessary, 0.1- 20wt% boric acid are added to an inorg. alkali or alkaline earth metal salt hydrate such as CaCl2.6H2O. EFFECT:It is possible to accumulate heat at a high density and to discharge heat at a determined temp. for a long time. USE:Warning of an agricultural polyvinyl chloride-built house. |
