PURPOSE:To provide a filter sign forcing time-up device capable of timing-up forcedly a counter in case of a convenience of a user by a method wherein a forced timing-up operating switch is arranged within a control device. CONSTITUTION:A control device 6 for use in counting the operating time of a fan motor 3 is provided with a forced time-up operating switch 7 for forcedly resetting and counting the time from the beginning when a filter is to be cleaned before displaying a filter sign through a filter sign displaying lamp 8 by a time-up state. As a result, when an air conditioner starts to operate, its time is started to count within the control device 6. If the filter 4 is cleaned before time-up, the filter sign display lamp is lit at once. A forced time-up operating switch 7 arranged within the control device 6 is depressed, resulting in that the filter sign displaying lamp is extinguished and the operating time of the fan motor 3 is counted from the beginning. |
