In order to ensure firm abutment in the region of the groove-and-tongue joint of the individual planks of a plank-type sauna, clamping devices which necessitate manual subsequent tightening, if required, have been known up until now. In order to avoid this subsequent clamping, the invention proposes a spring arrangement which is arranged between the clamping screw and the clamping plank and thus ensures an essentially constant pressure on the planks.
