PURPOSE:To simplify the process for the preparation of bean curd, by inserting a cutter to grind a water-soaked raw soybean into a pan from the top downward, placing a heater under the bottom of the pan, making the pan to be rotatable and covering the inner side wall of the pan with a mesh filter. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 4 of a power grinder 3 to grind water-soaked swollen raw soybean is inserted into a pan 1 from the top downward. A heater 5 is placed near the outer bottom of the pan 1 and an external rotary shaft 6 is provided on the bottom of the pan 1 along the center line of the pan. A motor shaft or a driving shaft 7 is connected with the rotary shaft 6 in a freely detachable manner. The inner side wall of the pan 1 is covered with a freely detachable mesh filter 9 and an external receiving tank 10 is placed at the outer circumference of the pan to receive soya milk squeezed out by centrifugal force. The complicated steps of the bean curd preparation process can be simplified and bean curd can be automatically and continuously prepared by this mechanism. The difficult control points of the preparation process, such as the grinding, boiling, squeezing time of soya milk, stirring timing of the coagulant, etc., can be automatically controlled to prevent the failure in bean curd preparation. |
