PURPOSE:To improve the productivity, the heat resistance and the wear resistance of a shift fork by coating it at the pawl part with a plastic composition material containing a tetra-fluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A shift fork 10 consists of a metallic material and a shift fork pawl part 1 contains a coating layer 12. This layer 12 is formed by scattering evenly a composition material containing 1-10wt.% lipophilic agent including primarily 5-40wt.% carbon fiber or metallic fiber and 3MgSiO2 into a tetra- fluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer with 0.1-2mm thickness. |
