<p>This invention relates to a method of vacuum sealing a precooked-food container by fusion-welding a lid to a precooked-food container in a vacuum for sealing. The contents are put into a precooked-food container made of a resin, which has a joint comprising an aluminum foil at least one of the sides of which has a fusion weldable plastic laminated thereon and formed in such a manner that at least the plastic is positioned outside and which has an opening at the upper part thereof, and a flanged sealing lid is fit onto the opening of the container. The aluminum foil of the joint is heated by high frequency induction in a vacuum so as to fusion-weld the flange and the joint of the container positioned inside the former with the plastic.</p> |
