PURPOSE:To perform transplantation of seedlings in good state, by slowly transferring a clamping force from a seedling-feeding belt to a transplantation disk mechanism and springing out a seedling packed in a paper tube downward with an elastic protrusion at a transfer part. CONSTITUTION:A seedling P packed in a paper tube can be transferred without breakage or bending because the clamping force is slowly transferred from seedling-feeding belts 21, 21 to an elastic disk transplantation mechanism 31 over the range extending from the position of the axis of the bottom pulleys 25a, 25b of the belts 21, 21 to the position of the axis of the top pressing rollers 31a, 31b of the transplantation mechanism 30. Since the seedling P is sprung out downward with elastic protrusions 21a, 22a protruded from the surface of the belts 21, 21, it is held in a state rightly directing toward the center of the transplantation mechanism 30. |
