PURPOSE:To make it possible to taking in a mushroom ingredient at large quantities as a health food, by adding pulverized ENOKI DAKE (a sort of mushroom) to jam of apple, strawberry, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a jam using ENOKI DAKE (a sort of mushroom) used as a material, considerable ratio of pulverized ENOKI DAKE is added to jam part consisting of a main material such as apple, peanut, etc. Then a dried persimmon, sugar, etc., is added thereto as a sweetener. Then oranges such as navel orange is added thereto so as to cancel odor of ENOKI DAKE and simultaneously control whole taste. The resultant jam is suitable as effective utilization of ENOKI DAKE and demand which is not effected by season, etc., can be aroused, because considerable amount of the ENOKI DAKE can be used in the jam. |
