In the case of a door hinge for articulating a door leaf on a frame of a door of a building, one of the two hinge parts which can be fastened on the door leaf and on the door frame exhibits a hinge flap which can be connected in an articulated manner to an articulation bolt on the other hinge part. Said hinge flap is provided on a fastening plate such that it can be adjusted in at least one axial direction. For this adjustable fastening, the hinge flap can be fixedly clamped on the fastening plate with the aid of at least one wedge-like clamping or expanding element and an associated clamping screw.
