PURPOSE:To easily secure the adhesive strength between the title member and a substrate, to lighten the member, and to suit the member for mass production by composing a hub of an inorganic substance thin plate and an organic substance base material and fixing the thin plate to the base material by press fitting. CONSTITUTION:A base material 6 composed of a resin is formed by injection molding and disk-shaped, and the material 6 has a rectangular groove part on its outer circumferential cylindrical part. A thin plate 5 is manufactured by executing stamping and bending to an SUS420J2 material by pressing. The tips of four protruding parts on the outer periphery of the thin plate 5 are previously bent to claw shapes, further, the roots of the protruding parts are bent, and the thin plate 5 is fixed to the base material 6. |
