<p>PURPOSE:To produce anti-human ovary tumor monoclonal antibody, by culture of the hybridoma obtained by immunizing a mouse with ovary carcinomatous cells and taking out splenic cells followed by fusing these cells with mouse myeloma cells. CONSTITUTION:A mouse is immunized with ovary carcinomatous cells followed by taking out splenic cells, and these cells are fused with mouse myeloma cells to obtain hybridoma, which are then put to culture. Thence, the monoclonal antibody accumulated in the resultant culture product or the ascites is collected and purified, thus producing the objective anti-human ovary tumor monoclonal antibody having high specificity to human ovary tumor, esp. mucinous human ovary tumor. Using anti-human ovary tumor monoclonal antibody OM-A, OM-B or OM-C, human ovary tumor is detected using the ELISA technique, ABC enzyme antibody technique or the like.</p> |
