The invention relates to an in-line injection pump provided for air-compressing internal combustion engines with fuel injection, with a mechanical or electronic governor and each with an integral hydraulic timing device and in each case with a fuel feed pump with fuel-filled internal chambers separated from one another as governor or actuator chamber, camshaft chamber and pressure chamber, from which pump elements of the in-line injection pump can be filled and the timing device at the same time actuated for adjustment of the start of injection.
