PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing facilities and processes by heat-bonding a laminated film, a metal plate, and frame at the same time, and forming a plate group within the frame in the continuous laminated film, then cutting the laminated film along the frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 comprising a polyolefin synthetic resin molding and a positive plate 3 are put on a laminated film 1, and a current collector 4 made of a metal plate is brought into contact with the back side of the laminated film 1, then the frame 2, the laminated film 1, and the current collector 4 are heat-bonded at the same time. A separator 6 is put on the positive plate 3, an electrolyte is poured, a negative plate 7 is put on the separator 6, and a laminated film 1' and a current collector 4' are put thereon, then the frame 2, the laminated film 1', and the current collector 4' are heat-bonded, and the laminated films 1, 1' are cut along the frame 2. Since cell assembly is continuously performed on the continuous laminated-film 1, manufacturing facilities and processes are simplified. |
