At this time, both ends of a capacitor 3 for oscillation of the pulse circuit 4 are short-circuited by a transistor 10 in the title output starting circuit 11 and an oscillator 2 of the pulse circuit 4 is not operated and a pulse signal 5 is not outputted. When a beam input switch 8 is pressed, a beam input signal 9 is inputted to a laser beam oscillator 6 from the output starting circuit 11 and the transistor 10 in the output starting circuit 11 is also turned off and the capacitor 3 is opened and the oscillation of the oscillator 2 is started. The pulse signal 5 is inputted to the laser beam oscillator 6 from the pulse circuit 4 and at the same time, the pulsative laser beam 7 is outputted. By this method, since the oscillator 6 is operated after the beam input signal 9 is inputted, the defective machining is not caused. |
