PURPOSE:To surely observe a projection light source and the image of its circumference by making the source light of a lighting light incident on a scanning mirror by composing it therefor in the light projecting device observing the face to be projected by a light projecting optical system by an observing optical system. CONSTITUTION:The projecting light source light LA11 emitted from the lighting light source 25 of the laser for machining is projected on a light projecting object 30 as a projecting light flux LA12 via a dichroic mirror 27 and scanning mirror 28. The light light source light LA21 emitted from the lighting light source 31 for observation of an incandescent light is led to the dichroic mirror 27 through a halfmirror 33 to reflect the light projecting object 30. The light flux LA21 is turned in an arrow mark b direction to scan the above of the face 31A to be projected. The LA22 reflected from the face 30A to be projected is made incident on the image pick-up element 35 for observation by transmitting the half mirror 33 via the scanning mirror 28 and dichroic mirror 27 and the image of the face 30A to be projected is formed. The projecting light flux and the image of its circumference can thus be surely observed. |
