PURPOSE:To prevent contact resistance from increasing by making it possible to connect one end of a central conductor of a coaxial terminal secured to a 1st IC module to a coaxial terminal secured to a 2nd IC module and further making the connection surface of a conical shape. CONSTITUTION:A coaxial terminal 3 in a condition of passing through the side wall of a package 4 is secured to a 1st IC module 1. A rod-like projection 14 unitary with a central conductor 6 is disposed at the inside end of the coaxial terminal 3. The rod-like projection 14 is connected to a strip line passage 9 of an IC board 8 in the package 4. The outer end of the coaxial terminal 3 has a concave conical surface 13. A cylindrical recess 12 is formed in the central conductor 6 so that a coaxial terminal 20 provided on an IC module 2 fits to the recess 12. As a result, even if the connected condition is not sufficient in the axial direction, the rate of discontinuity seen from the direction normal to the axial line is small. This arrangement reduces the increase in the contact resistance to a minimum. |
