<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of the floating of laminated plates, to decrease the overall iron loss and to improve magnetic characteristics, by providing the caulking part of a central-leg iron core at the center of the arc of the junction surface of the central leg. CONSTITUTION:A central-leg iron core 4 and coils 3 are inserted in the inner side of an opening part 9 of a side-leg iron core 5. The central-leg iron core 4 and the side-leg iron core 5 are coupled. At this time, a caulking part 8 is provided at a position close to each junction surface 6 of the central leg of the central-leg iron core 4. The caulking part 8 is located at an equidistance point from the edge part of the central-leg junction surface 6. Since the caulking force is equal as a whole, the occurrence of the floating of laminated plates 4a of the central-leg iron core 4 is less. Since caulking parts 12 are provided at the outer edge sides of the four corner parts in the side-leg iron core 5, eddy current loss is relatively less, and iron loss can be decreased. Therefore, the overall iron loss of a laminated iron core 2 that is formed by coupling the central-leg iron core 4 and the side-leg iron core 5 is decreased. Thus, the magnetic characteristics become excellent.</p> |
