PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of working and increase efficiency of tube end working by holding plural rollers allowing rolling on the tapered face provided at the tip of a mandrel. CONSTITUTION:A frame 4 is attached at the tip of a mandrel 1 allowing free rotation. Plural rollers 5 provided on the outer face of the mandrel 1 or along the generatant of an inner tapered face 2 are held by the frame 4 allowing free rotation. Then, this mandrel 1 is mounted to the main shaft for attaching tool of a working machine. The tip is brought into contact with the end of a tube to be worked and the tube end is expanded in tapered form. The tube end is plastic deformed by the rolling of rollers 5 of the tool. Consequently, accuracy of working is improved and the tube end is worked efficiently. |
