A vehicle tray is provided for mounting on the inside of a door by hooking the outer end of the tray onto the door between the window and the inner door panel and rotating an arm down from the bottom of the tray to a fastener means previously attached to the inner panel. The fastener means is a hook fastener material cooperating with a loop fastener material such as sold under the trademark Velcro TM with one portion on the door and one portion on the arm. A rotating face on the arm aligns with the plane of the inner door panel allowing optimal contact between the two fastener materials.
