<p>PURPOSE:To reduce cost and improve working efficiency, by flowing a high temperature heating medium oil in furnace wall jacket and pipe grille, putting waste plastics into the furnace, where the waste plastics is fused and coarsely cut by the pipe grille, mixing and kneading it with a screw prepared in the bottom portion of the furnace to give the fluidity and drawing it out from the furnace to cool and solidify it. CONSTITUTION:An oil heater 1 is heated by a burner 7, a heated high- temperature heating medium oil flows from the oil heater 1 through a oil pipe into a pipe grille 5 and a furnace wall jacket 4 to be heated to a defined temperature. After the heating is completed, the high-temperature heating medium oil returns through a return pipe 6 to the oil heater 1 and the excess or shortage of oil is adjusted by a service tank 10. Waste plastics such as foaming styrol, etc., are introduced from an inlet 12, fused and cut on the heated pipe grille 5, and further fall on the furnace wall jacket 4 to be fused. Thus, it is mixed by stirring and fused by means of a screw 8 driven by a motor 11 prepared on the bottom, drawn out from the furnace in the fluid state and directed to a receiver 9 to be cooled and solidified.</p> |
