摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by constituting a circuit so as to change the level of an electromagnetic wave to be transmitted on a strip line consisting a superconducting material by a magnetic field generated by a current that flows on a control line. CONSTITUTION:A transmission path 4 which transmits the electromagnetic wave consists of the superconducting material of ceramics system, and functions as the strip line. First of all, the electromagnetic wave 7 is impressed on a transmission line 9a by a controller 10. The electromagnetic wave 7 is inputted to the transmission path 4 passing the transmission path 9a, and the transmission path 4 becomes a normally operated conductor by impressing the magnetic field on the transmission path 4 by a control line 6, and the transmission rate of the electromagnetic wave changes. The electromagnetic wave transmitting the transmission path 4 is inputted to a transmission path 9b, and is taken out as output by a controller 11. In the constitution, since the transmission rate of the electromagnetic wave can be changed remarkably by an electrical signal with a low voltage level, it is possible to match the electrical signal with the low voltage level with the electrical signal of an external circuit, and to reduce the power consumption sufficiently.
