The circuit reduces time for inputting the data for cart motion control with turning keys. The circuit includes an adjusting unit (40) for generating latch and transmitting mode signals utilizing the counting of the input signals of direction turning mode of the cart, a display (50) for displaying the mode of the function according to the output of the adjusting unit (40), a latch circuit (60) for latching and transmitting the data from the first and second level interpret units (30,30'), a data interpreting unit (70) for interpreting and transmitting the direction signals obtained by comparing the digitized right and left data from the latch circuit, and a motor driving unit (80).
