Tubes form loops between an inlet and an outlet in which the tubes are suspended from a rigid structure by the inlet and outlet. Starting from the middle lengths, each length is provided with a hollow member (12) projection on its side towards the outside with a hollow member (12) projecting on its side towards the outside of the handle, welded to the tube along two generator lines (14), and resting against the outer face of the adjacent length. A projecting lip (18) depends from the tube while the adjacent length is provided with an opposite member likewise welded to it along two generator lines.
