A protective cover is provided for the ultrasonically oscillatable horn (2). A pump (6) sends a wash under pressure into a flow passage formed between the protective cover and the horn. A suction flow passage is formed in the horn. The faeces in the rectum are crushed by the ultrasonic oscillation of the horn emulsified with the wast and discharged by the suction pump to the outside of the body through the suction flow passage.
