The module with a microprocessor and memories carries out data communication with the main computer in the programmerble controller utilizing RS-232C and executes sequential analog input output instructions. Address is assigned to data bus of RS-232C by the buffer connected to a switch (1) for assigning the address. Interrupt signals from A/D converter (6) are applied to a microprocessor (11) for data transmission to the main computer through an output data buffer (8) and D/A converter (9).
