PURPOSE:To improve adhesiveness and to prevent cracking of a thin film layer and exfoliation of the thin film layer from a substrate by intervening a polar functional group selected from a sulfonic acid group, carboxyl group, hydroxyl group, amino group, and nitrile group on at least the signal pattern surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The polar functional group selected from the sulfonic acid group, carboxyl group, hydroxyl group, amino group, and nitrile group is intervened in the boundary face between at least the signal pattern 1 surface made of a resin and the thin film layer 3. The resin material constituting the signal pattern 1 surface and the inorg. film or metallic film constituting the thin film layer 3 are bonded by the strong force of the hydrogen bond or covalent bond and the adhesiveness is improved. Such troubles as cracking of the thin film layer 3 and exfoliation of the thin film layer 3 from the substrate 2 are thereby eliminated. |
